Reporting Issues and Damages
Q: How do I report a snow-clearing or quality issue?
A: Issues must be reported to the office within 24 hours after the final pass. A tractor will be dispatched at the Contractor's discretion.
Q: When the Contractor is NOT responsible for damages to property?
A: The Contractor is not responsible for damages caused to articles left in the snow removal area or property arising from invisibility due to snow coverage.
Q: How do I report damages?
A: Accidents or incidents should be reported through the online customer support center within 24 hours. The Contractor will inform the Customer about the procedure to follow.

*All incidents or damages must be reported by no later than May 1st.
